End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement governs your use of OuchMac. By activating your license key, you agree to the terms described here. OuchMac is proprietary software — it is licensed, not sold.

License Activations

Each OuchMac license allows activation on up to two (2) Mac computers simultaneously. This is intended to cover scenarios like a MacBook and a desktop Mac used by the same person. If you need to transfer a license from one machine to another (e.g., you got a new Mac), contact support and we will assist with deactivation and reactivation.

License Key Format

Your license key follows the format:

Keep your license key in a safe place. It is your only proof of purchase for the app and will be required when reinstalling on a new machine.

No Redistribution

You may not distribute, sublicense, sell, share, or otherwise transfer your OuchMac license key or the application binary to any third party. The OuchMac binary and all included sound pack assets are proprietary and may not be redistributed in any form without explicit written permission.

Updates and Support

Your license includes all 1.x updates at no additional cost. Major version upgrades (e.g., v2.0) may be offered at a discounted upgrade price for existing license holders. Bug fixes and compatibility updates for new macOS versions within the licensed major version are always free.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of OuchMac and delete all copies in your possession. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.
