7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind OuchMac. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within seven (7) days of your purchase date. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

How to Request a Refund

To request your refund, send an email to support@ouchmac.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your order number or purchase confirmation email
  • The email address used at checkout
  • Optionally: a brief reason for the refund (helps us improve)

We process refund requests within 24 hours on business days.

What Qualifies for a Refund

Any purchase within the 7-day window qualifies. Common reasons include:

  • The app did not work as expected on your Mac
  • You purchased by mistake
  • Compatibility issues with your macOS version
  • You changed your mind

After 7 days from the purchase date, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Technical issues that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe will always qualify for a full refund, regardless of the period elapsed.

Response Time and Processing

We respond to all refund requests within 24 hours (business days, UTC-3). Refunds are processed through the original payment method and typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated.
