Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using OuchMac, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the software. These terms apply to the OuchMac macOS application and any associated assets, sound packs, or updates.

License Grant

Upon purchasing OuchMac, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on up to two (2) Mac computers that you own or control. This license is for a single user only. The license is perpetual for the version purchased and includes free minor updates (e.g., 1.x).

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Share, sell, rent, lease, or transfer your license key to any third party
  • Install OuchMac on more than two Macs simultaneously with the same license
  • Use OuchMac for commercial redistribution or bundling without written permission
  • Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • Use OuchMac in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

No Reverse Engineering

You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of OuchMac. You may not modify the application binary, its sound pack files, or any embedded resources. Creating derivative works based on OuchMac is prohibited without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

OuchMac is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every macOS configuration. Your use of OuchMac is at your sole risk. This disclaimer applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OuchMac and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the software. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for OuchMac (USD $5.00).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or from your use of OuchMac shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil, and you consent to jurisdiction there.
